3. If you possess a housing voucher, we do not evaluate credit scores and primarily assess your rental history.
4. For those without housing assistance, we require credit scores of 650 and above, household income equivalent to at least twice the rent, and a clean rental or mortgage history to qualify for a standard security deposit of one and a quarter months' rent.
6. If you do not meet these qualifications, you may still be eligible to rent by providing a double security deposit. Consideration of pets and criminal convictions is done on a case-by-case basis.
